What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or application?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, charging station's physical address and or other details to help you with your purchase of TGEP add-on products, services, components & use of charging station networking system.

TGEP also collects the website and location information when a user visits our website. We collect browser information, Ip address, type of operating system, different pages viewed, time spent, including date & time of the visit on our website. We do this to gain knowledge on how user interacts with our website.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or enter information on our site, use the charging station etc. Since this product is in beta mode we ask for your patience in dealing with issues.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our CS account related info, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
      • To personalize user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

      • To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
      • To quickly process your transactions.

If your information appears to be fake and designed to spooke the system we will definitely delete it from our database even if the $5 dollars has been paid through paypal also If the $5 is not paid and you registered through the site your info will be kept up for 14 days and then deleted from database. If the paypal email address doesn't match the CS database record then the information will be passed on to necessary personals regarding this.


How do we protect visitor information?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards on our system at this moment however his could be implemented once our user db increases substantially. We do not collect credit card information, as most of the payment processing is done through paypal payment processing. Our site use the paypal api to get the payment process completed. We do not use Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured AWS(amazon web service) networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
